Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail, you can expect to receive your purchases 3-5 business days after placing your order. Shipping rates are calculated directly by USPS online, according to product weight and measurement. We currently ship only within the US and Canada.

Return / Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with every product you order from Baby Philosophy. We will accept returns on new, unused, unwashed items in the original packaging. If you notice a defect in an item you have already washed or used, we will do our best to remedy the problem. 

To initiate a return or exchange, first contact us for approval.  After you receive approval, ship the items to be returned or exchanged back to us.  All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. 

For items received back to Baby Philosophy within 30 days of the invoice date, you have two options available:

1) Credit back to you.  Your credit card will be refunded the original purchase price minus any shipping costs that were incurred by Baby Philosophy.  Please allow up to 30 days from when we receive your item for the credit to post to you account.

2) Store credit.  You want to return your item, and wish to make a future purchase or exchange the item you are returning.   Upon receipt of the item, we will issue you a gift certificate for the original purchase price minus any shipping cost incurred by Baby Philosophy.  Store credit gift certificates are fully transferable and are valid for one year.

We value you, our customer, and the opportunity to give you great service.  In order to provide you with the best service possible we must collect certain minimal information to include your email address, first and last name, billing address and phone number, shipping address and credit card information. We will never sell, rent or transmit your personal data to any other company.
